- Gains knowledge about local requirements and circumstances
- Evaluates candidates via phone and video chat
- Meets candidates in person depending on position and market locations
- Submits resume and/or curriculum vitae, plus Mach3 Connect Interview Assessment
- Presents video interview file via Inter-vue link prior to first client interview
- Follows up with hiring manager immediately after interview
- Discusses the next step in your hiring strategy
