Mach3 Connect:
- Meets with country, regional and/or global management in person to define annual hiring budget and strategy
- Discusses and evaluates external and internal talent pool
- Agrees on time frame, status reporting structure and involved parties in the executive search
- Reviews job descriptions with hiring manager and/or HR department
- Gains knowledge about local requirements and circumstances
- Evaluates candidates via phone and video chat
- Meets candidates in person
- Submits resume and/or curriculum vitae plus Mach3 Connect Interview Assessment and external Assessment
- Presents video interview file via Inter-vue link prior to first client interview
- Follows up with hiring manager immediate after interview
- Follows up with country, regional and/or global management
- Discusses next step and potential onboarding strategy
